Marvel was using him pretty heavily there for a while, on the big Wolverine arc with Loeb and then on Astonishing X Men, and then absolutely nothing but covers.
He still seems to be doing covers, but have we heard anything about interiors coming soon? Or has he moved to DC to do Wonder Woman with Morrison?

he was supposed to stay on astonishing x-men for at least 12 issues but couldn't handle the deadlines of a monthly comic.
as far as i know he's only been doing covers since then, most recently the daken/frankencastle one on cbr's main page today.

He made a great cover recently to Amazing Spider-Man.

Yep. He's basically just too slow of an artist to be on a monthly book.
That's why they pulled him off Astonishing and replaced him with Jimenez. And other than short delays, it's been back on schedule.
And frankly, I'm not missing him. His art isn't that great, and his ink wash process on Astonishing was horrid.

His art is appropriate for certain stories and inappropriate for others. Putting him on Astonishing, a big team book with big sci concepts, was wrong headed in my view.
But he was perfect for "Shining Knight" over at DC, and I think he'd fit well on a book like Thor or Wonder Woman or Conan.
