He's doing something with Chronos in order to take over the Hellfire Club again, and he's trying to bash in Xavier's head with a rock and seduce Wolverine/Daken with his patented megadaddy-hugs. And now he's in charge of the Hellfire Club again and Emma Frost is possibly joining him again OH WAIT she knocked him out and arrested him. Oh, now she's locked him up on Utopia and hasn't told Namor that Shaw is still alive! I wonder how long it'll be before Namor finds out? Sebastian is lobotomised and can't think properly.

Oh, now NECROSHA is happening and Shaw has a functioning brain again and he is fighting his son and escaping prison, and Harry Leland and Donald Pierce are all there this is bound to be leading to a grand climax in one of the X-Men books OH WAIT NO Shaw's just wandered off for a bit.

WHERE IS SEBASTIAN SHAW??

Is he in The Hellfire Club with Leland and Pierce?
