HOTMU discusses the technical aspects of such things as Captain America's shield, Iron Man's armor, Falcon's wings and Wolverine's adamantium claws.
The Kree Omni Wave Projector, as shown in Avengers comic books, can be used as a mass communication device over great galactic distances...or as a weapon of destruction, depending on the user's prerogative, generally of Kree military. It has been illustrated that it can be made from random pieces as well in a given situation, given that the builder has Kree military intel.
It can also be made, by trained hands, with limited resource materials as evidenced in the Kree Skrull War as well as DAA annual #7 so I am told.
My question is...could such a device be used to contact from an anti-matter universe?
I realize I'm using comic book concepts, but I'm trying to keep this as reality or pseudo reality based as possibile...
