In light of Wonder Woman's ambiguous history and the retcons in TITANS #23, I found myself thinking, "God, let's just reboot the whole darn thing again, because they've screwed up in two years what they were able to hold together for nearly 50."

If we can't do that, how this? If DC wants to reference a backstory, put a footnote: "as seen Sensation Comics #6" or "details in WW vol. 2 #1-6). Then we see the historical events the writer is building on and it doesn't have to be completely linear or temporally believable. It also can take up one panel instead of an entire issue. Not only that, but it drums up collector interest in back issues and reprinted material.

I'm just glad the Titans series is being put out of its misery, and I'm tired of these walks down distorted memory lane.

I haven't actually read it myself, and I don't think I'll put myself through it.

It's only Donna Troy being Donna Troy, don't be so melodramatic. She started as a "whoops, my mistake!" and that's how she'll end too.
