No gun and no billyclub.

Speed - Both bullet-timers - Yulaw runs faster, but they're in the same range of combat speed.
Hitting power - Yulaw, easy. Class...whatever. More than one.
Durability - Yulaw.
Skill - Edge to Matt. Yulaw showed a lot of skill, but not on his level.
Special Stuff - Matt's limited body-reading and pressure point stuff goes a long way to helping him here.

Thanks to the skill, the pressure point stuff, and the limited body-reading, I'd give Matt about 7/10. But he needs to work at it every time he wins, and he sure doesn't take all of them.

Milage may vary, and I'm interested in other people's ideas.

I'd put it more around 6/10 for Matt, personally. Pressure points would be pretty hard to land in this situation, especially given that he can't afford to get hit. (He could soak a few hits, mind you. It's just that any of them would at the least make him stumble back, if not outright floor him/push him back a far bit. Which would greatly lower his odds at using his greater skill.) And they'd have to be ones that stop Yu-Law's hits as well as the part that's targeted.

This might be different in a place when Yu-Law could grab stuff or where Matt could put his agility to greater use than the arena, but I figure Sharp is about right.

Yeah, I agree with 6/10 Daredevil. Matt's more agile and more skilled, though I'd say Yulaw is faster, even to a small extent in combat speed. And strength gives him more advantages than just hitting power.
