Whenever I see Luke Cage talking I imagine it's in Samuel L Jackson's voice. "Sweet Christmans Motherf***er!"
I also hear Alec Baldwin's Jack Donaghy voice from 30 Rock when i imagine what Batman sounds like.

ignoring the awful motion comics for a second, i think Eric O'Grady sounds like a young Bruce Campbell. Taskmaster described his voice as Jerry Lewis on helium (when he was at ant-size). i'm not sure if that's what people from Vermont sound like or not.
i think Cage sounds like Cedric Yarbrough from Reno 911.
i always hear Shipwreck's voice when Clint Barton speaks. but that has more to do with his role on the team than anything else.

I use the 90s cartoon voices for people like Spider-Man, Hulk, Iron Man, War Machine, any X-Man that appeared in the 90s cartoon, Doc Ock, the FF, Galactus, Mary Jane, and Hawkeye.
I hear JK Simmons whenever Jonah Jameson is around.

Same as Lord Ed, but with some exceptions... Doctor Octopus and the Rhino don't have the accents they had in the '90s Spider-Man cartoon. And I hear Iceman in Frank Welker's voice, not the X-Men: TAS voice he had... Not because I dislike Iceman's voice in 'Cold Comfort', quite the contrary... but Welker was Iceman in about 26 episodes if I remember correctly, and Iceman was one of the first superheroes I was introduced to as a wee kid, with that voice.
For heroes and villains (and other characters) who have not appeared in the cartoons, I imagine voices that sometimes sound similar and, especially in the case of minor characters, get lumped together per 'type' per voice. Such as, the gruff tough guy voice, the spunky young lad voice, the spunky young lady voice, the wise old mystic, etc.

Did you ever see Hellboy 2? I imagine Thor as sounding like Prince Nuada from that, only with a deeper, gruffer and more booming voice.
And did you ever play Marvel Super Heroes (or Marvel Vs Capcom, I guess)? Dr Doom's voice in that is exactly how I imagine it in the comic books. Every time I see Doom appear in a book, I repeat the "now you face Doom" line from the game in my mind.

Cyclops was described as having a deep fierce voice just after Giant Sized X-Men came out.

The voice in Marvel Ultimate Alliance had a pretty good Doom, Clive Revill

Those 90's cartoons had such an influence on how I hear the X-Men, and Spider-Man characters whenever I read them. Most notably, Christopher Daniel Barnes/Spider-Man, Ed Asner/Jonah Jameson, Cal Dodd/Wolverine, and Alison Sealy Smith/Storm.

For the Spider-Cast, I mainly hear these except 50% of the time I hear Barnes for Spidey and Keaton the other 50%. Zimbalist jnr for Octopus, Cal Dodd for Wolverine.
For Gwen Stacy, I hear Bryce Dallas Howard's voice (sure she wasn't in the movie much, but she looked and sounded the way I imagined she would).

*Moon Knight = Paul Mercier (the voice of "Leon Scott Kennedy" in "Resident Evil 4" & Degeneration)
*Taskmaster = Kevin Conroy
8Bullseye & Deadpool = Their voice actors from MUA
8Black Bolt = Your choice
8Antony Edward Stark/Iron Man = Either "Robert Downy jr" or that guy from "Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1"
*Victor Von Doom/Dr. Doom = That guy from the 80s Spider-Man cartoons
*Mandarin = The guy who voiced him in "Marvel Ultimate Alliance"
*Blade = Wesley Snipes
*Professor X & Magneto = Their movie actors
*Wolverine = "Steven Blumm" & "Hugh Jackman" both work perfectly fine
*Spider-Man = Rino Romano
*Loki = I think the first "Marvel Ultimate Alliance" nailed great voices for every villain, only Doc Doom has a better V.A from out of the game

Cal Dodd as Wolverine for me. I've been watching the original animated series recently, and his voice is still the Wolverine for me. But Steve Blum's voice has a guttural feel that matches Wolverine's inner rage and so he also a solid voice. But Cal Dodd is my first choice.
Josh Keaton does a decent job as Spidey but at times it sounds too Human Torch-for my taste. I prefer Rino Romano(the guy who did the voice for the Playsation 1 games) The guy voicing JJJ is awesome though(Though agreed, the only voice for JJJ is JK Simmons).
For Blade's voice though, I dont hear Wesley Snipes, I hear the guy who did his voice in the first Ultimate Alliance game, Khary Payton.
Fred Tatasciore's voice is awesome for Hulk.
For Ares, I hear TC Carson's Kratos, the God of War!!!

Tony Stark/Iron-man's voice will forever be Jonathan Frakes' Xanatos (Gargoyles) for me.
Oh, and I pretty much map every single voice from the 90s spider-man cartoon to the respective characters in the comic. Same for X-men. Awesome voice acting in the day for those cartoons.
Oh, and of course, Venture brothers basically ruined Dr. Strange for me, hah

Funny, I always hear Campbell for Clint. At least in part because if you wanted a low-end version of the Avengers, he would have made a good Hawkeye, and the guy whose name I'm blanking on from Hercules would have done a good Cap. I mean, for a low-budget, low-acting-ability version.

There we go. Big blond buff guy with a deep voice. Not the greatest actor, but probably could have pulled if off if it was 15 years ago, and you surrounded him with the right cast.

For that I will challenge you to a herring fight!
Well not really I hear John Kassir since I've played M:UA2 a lot.
But you have to give me Candle Jack for Ghost though. Or maybe Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid?

The '90s X-Men animated series. I don't think that will ever change, the voices are perfect.
