The Marvel editor Ben Morse told me online twice that they are in RoK. Once back around August and once last week when I questioned on the message board he uses why we haven't seen them yet.

If correct I would be on the lookout in RoK Inhumans #2 for them and if they aren't there I give up trying to figure out where they might be. The preview art tomorrow for RoK Inhumans #2 will tell alot. They might have wanted to keep them hidden for the first issue of RoK Inhumans to increase the surprise factor for fans as well as Quicksilver.
