I wonder how much of Dabel Bros bad debt was included in this deal.

Dabel Brothers Productions – Over $11,000 In Debt To Another Studio (http://www.bleedingcool.com/2009/09/25/dabel-brothers-productions-%E2%80%93-over-11000-in-debt-to-another-studio)

Have the creators been paid for those comics or are they just moving forward with new titles?

This is great news if it means more timely release of their books. Dabel has some great properties, but you could never count on them being released on time, let alone series finishing.

It should be interesting to see how long this partnership lasts.

I don't understand. This is some sort of "partnership" or it's an outright buyout of Dabel properties?

Does this mean Dabel is done for?
