seriusly..

I kinda feel like the world has gone dumber since the mid 90's , Could it be that people just dont care that much about learning anymore because there is noone like Sagan around to "dumb it down" for normal people anymore?

Is "gone dumber" really grammatically incorrect? It's awkward phrasing, to be sure, but I'm not sure that's the same thing.

By the way, is it "got dumber" instead of "gotten dumber"? I think it is, but I'm having a dumb moment here...

People use it all the time and there for its not wrong (like how irregardless is actually correct now because people use it so much)

Well, I was more focused on misspelling "seriously" "don't" and "no one."

I'm going with KDog being ironic. Billions and billions of badly spelled words or something like that....:)

It's the title that people see first! I saw the rest of the stuff, I just didn't point it out! It's like, a kid misses a pop fly AND exposes his ass to the bleachers on accident, you're just gonna be like "You'll catch the next one", you know what I mean?

True, but the Internet helps make it seem like a world-ending crisis.
