The downside was likely the 10 trillion people who either asked "who are you", or even more likely just assumed "Generic Goth Girl".

Of course there's nothing wrong with "Generic Goth Girl" as a costume...

It's a local metaphysical shop in my home town of Anchorage, Alaska called Good Karma. The owners are friends of mine. My friend John, who took the pictures, put together that herbal shelf in the backroom! XD I love eeet! XD

That's so awesome. I entertained the idea of being Zatanna once, but I can't pull her off. You look great by the way.

I guess everyone is going DC characters this year. I still can't wait to tuen my baby Deadshot into baby Black Adam in a year.

But she doesn't LOOK that old though honey. I mean it's not like older actors/actresses playing younger roles is unheard of. Just look at Luke Perry! (Waits for the first "No, YOU look at him!" post:tongue: )

Black Alice is definitely one of my favourite new characters in recent years. I still can't wait for her to turn up in Secret Six in a couple of months!:biggrin:

EEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! I'm sooooo excited to see Black Alice in The Secret Six! I'm buying at least three copies of that comic. One to read. One for Gail to sign. And one that no one touches that will be locked away in a plastic bag for collecting. X-P

As a writer, it'll be one of my sole missions to give this character more exposure. :)

Same here. If I ever get into comics, there is a neat idea for a big Black Alice centered storyline I'd hope to do.

I heard someone on one of the boards mention something about her turning up in Wonder Woman as well sometime soon...though that might just have been a rumour. If true though...imagine how cool that would be. A double dose of Simone written Black Alice-y goodness:smile:

I'm hoping she sticks around past issue sixteen and it's not just a one issue appearance. I think she'd be a good fit for the Six. And they need a new member now that Scandal has left the team (And Deadshot may soon we be going the way of all flesh in Blackest Night:eek: )

I could see that working out well. Especially as so many of the BOP seem to have wound up in Gotham again, there's story potential there

Believe me, I definitely don't want Scandal out of the comic. But she is off the team right now (Which isn't the same thing. Gail's said the Scandal/Liana plotline has some good stuff coming up, so even if she isn't with the Six right now she's still going to be appearing in the comic) I mean it's only a matter of time till Scandal's back on the team too, but till then I think Black Alice would be a very cool fill in

But who's tossing Scandal? Alice could be a recurring character without having to push Scandal out of the spotlight.
