As long as people can design their websites by having a monkey throw darts at a color wheel, GeoCities will never die.

Holy crap, it just goes on and on. I got a fair way through (I think), but I just couldn't do that to my eyes any more.

And that's just the design of the page itself (if you can call such a monstrosity a design). Don't even get me started on the content!

No, it's more of a "Boy, THIS PARTICULAR POLITICIAN WHO HAPPENS TO BE A CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN sure is nuts!" thread.

Feel free to find some similar nutbaggery from a Democratic candidate so we can mock that as well.

I just can't! Heavens be, there is no amount of nutbaggery that can touch this but really...it's not at all mainstream.

I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF HE DID NOT USE THE ALAMO! I AM A SAN ANTONIO RESIDENT AND I DEMAND HE REVOKES HIS USE OF THE ALAMO GODDAMN IT!

Texas HEROES. Did not DIE for HIM. Thank you.

They fought for Texas. NOT FOR NORTH CAROLINA!

P.S. I love North Carolina. I spent my early years there and have fond memory but to my recollection TEXAS IS NOT NORTH CAROLINA!

It's been a long time since I saw a legitimately terrible yet hilarious website, and this one is all that.

The colors! The punctuation gone mad! The clutter! The non-nonsensical ramblings! The unmistakable stench of crazy! Etc!

he seems to be very proud to have been in england.

I was going to say "I wonder what answers he found in "BATH, ENGLAND, ANCIENT ROMAN HOT POOL"?

What with him traveling the world for answers. To be honest it looks more like a holiday then a quest for truth and knowledge.

You're clearly unfamiliar with the concept of the "Congressional fact-finding mission."

I, for one, was surprised to learn that the cast of "Sanford and Son" got where they were without affirmative action. (Because they were black people cast in roles that were written...specifically for black people.) I feel so enlightened!

Better-designed, better-written, and with at least some basis in actual reality, instead of being filled with birther lies and barely-veiled racism, for a start.

Better-designed, better-written, and with at least some basis in actual reality...

...at least, that's how it appeared at first. Then I read on...

As for the greedy physicians, of course I would never encourage or advocate violence, but I suspect that if 5 people entered an operating room while appearing to be exercising their 2nd Amendment rights, they would be able to find a surgeon who would be willing to perform an emergency appendectomy on their sick friend for free.

Whoo.

Better hope none of those surgeons also aren't exercising their second-amendment rights either!

Ah yes, tough work, but someone has to do it.

Yes, I think all it can claim is that it their design isn't quite so horrible to look at. Their actual content though is just as exasperating.

Surgery would be a lot more entertaining if there were more Mexican standoffs.

Less useful, sure, but more fun.

Wow. If this is for reals then this guy is a near Fred Phelps level of crazy. I mean seriously, we're talking the lines between reality and fantasy blurred to the point of nonexistence for this guy.

I'm seriously surprised that he's able to run for public office PERIOD.

Plus, anyone notice that he apparently claims to have been BOTH a US Army veteran AND a US Marine Corps veteran? You know, I've had both friends and family who are military veterans -- many of them are Republicans and THEY would be ashamed of this guy running around spewing this kind of nonsense.

I got to it. I'm not sure if I got it.

Well, aside from the other Sanford & Son comparisons, apparently Michelle Obama is supposed to be the equivalent to Aunt Esther, you HEATHEN!

And they seemed to attempt a "But we're not racist" schtick by making mention of old-time black celebrities like The Supremes becoming a success without the help of Affirmative Action.
