I'm really excited, if only for Mike Newell's direction. He made the best Harry Potter movie, and he did Donnie Brasco. If anyone can do a haunting, serious film, it's him. Color me excited.

I have faith Disney will deliver. People weren't so sure about Pirates of the Caribbean as well but that turned out great. Prince of Persia as a series of games already have a very interesting story. The special effects seem good and I don't seem to worried about the acting based on the trailer. I can't wait to see the sand effect and I hope it's used more then just a very few key moments. That and I hope the wall running is in there as well. The jumping clearly seem to be. If this does well we might perhaps get the other two games made into movies.
