I really really dig Shatty's outfit.
I've even designed an outfit similar to that so I guess that must be why.
Good style Shatty! Good style. ha ha:smile:

Looks like black people edged-out sports and pollution in another reader poll.

Jamie kinda looks weird with that jacket, but the new looks for Strong Guy and Shatterstar are great.

He doesn't look black.
He just has more shading on his skin, and that's really only because he's the only one SHOWING any skin.
I'm sure if the other characters had their arms exposed they too would exhibit more shaded areas, but as it stands, they don't.

he's black in response to Rictor coming out. it's totally something that guido would do. remember him wanting to be referred to as GeeCee (Genetically-Challenged)?

Ah, that makes sense now. I forgot about those. But then I try to forget a lot of things about Millar's FF. I thought wow, another way to put your kids in danger Reed! Look what happened to Fabio on the roller coaster. Splatt! Goose in the face.

I am a long time Shatterstar fan and absolutely love his new look, and am excited that he is sticking around in this title. It's about time he cut that hair!
Guido doesn't look black, he just has a really good tan due to the fact that his new outfit doesn't cover him up as much as the others.

There's a full preview in X-Factor #50. I think it looks good - the new location and the art look like they are getting back to X-Factor's roots in the early arcs of the current run, the writing and plot seem to be fresh and hit the right tone, and PAD and the artist pull off possibly the best comedy scene of the year featuring Guido, Rictor and Shatterstar. Looking good!...

I'm excited for this issue but I'm a little underwhelmed by Cansino's artwork. He's on the right track but his characters feel stiff and lack expression, or at least the liveliness of Sook and Raimondi.
I kind of hope Raimondi makes his way back over here after the Realm of Kings: Inhumans mini-series.
I like X-Factor being the de facto investigation agency for the Marvel Universe. I hope PAD explores the relationship between mutants and non-mutant superheroes. I feel like the relationship between them is vague at best (I've also only been reading comic books for the last decade) and settles somewhere along the lines of "friends." But I feel like if there is a general "mutants are no good" in the public sphere that certain superheroes might have a problem with mutants. Maybe not.

Really? I love Sook, but I'm over the recycled Land-ish antics of Raimondi.
It's refreshing to see actual crosshatching in a comic.

Looks like someone knows how to make a cover. So many questions lol. that's the way to seel a book. Plus it's PD.

I think Sook is great. I also loved what Raimondi did with the Madrox mini-series and his stint on X-Factor. What's Land-ish about Raimondi?
I think Cansino has potential. I've seen plenty of artists who seemed so-so on their first issue become incredible as they became comfortable with the title.

I guess Guido was tired of being the whitest colored guy on the team so he went out and got himself a tan. Only explanation I can think of.
