Okay. so let's say that X people actually did some aging after all these years...

The originals are in their earlier thirties, the New Mutant era in their mid twenties, Gen X early twenties, and then you got the New X Kids in their teens...

Suppose someone other than Scott and Storm did the nasty, cuz you know in real life all those people hanging around together, some freak would be getting on...

Who do you think would have REALLY hooked up for a little bump and grind in all those cold nights at the school???

I'm pretty sure that Gambit would have made the rounds with just about all the X-ladies at some point. Peter probably also would have done some hooking up, what with having those women posing for his paintings.

I think Ororo might have ended up house slut...

her and Wolvie were always chummy, Forge, her and Remy wouldve had a whirl, and all that sexual tension with Callisto...

Which of the X-ladies do you think was most likely to be a size-queen?

It's a really shocking notion, I know, but not every male-female friendship involves sex. There may be thoughts of it at one time or another, but not every thought has to be acted on. Sometimes two friends can look at each other, see how a romantic relaitonship would not work and how having sex would make things really awkward, and just decide to keep it in their pants. Just not worth the hassle.

Why can't you accept Storm and Magneto?

I would actually accept that! That would be a pairing I could totally see as believable, especially now after she has had political experience.

Except they have never shown any interest in one another...

Well, except in Uncanny #150 when Storm stumbles on Magneto sleeping (nude!, and you can't convince me otherwise), and she takes a pause to admire him.

Practically everyone with everyone, in couples or simultaneously (like a team, you know ).

I'm serious. There are practically no impossible combinations, when you think about it.

BUT under the right writer (if I may say so... ).
Say, Garth Ennis. And Greg Land would at last be put to good use.

Yeah, definitely Ennis/Land for me.

Runners-up: Warren Ellis or Mark Millar, with Cho, or Camuncoli, or J.H.Williams III...

Ellis/Robertson in a Transmetropolitan-style story, perhaps...

Or Ennis/Robertson... Oh, wait, they're doing that already, but the book is called different.

What would your favorite writer/artist team be in such depictions?

Psylocke probably would've made all the X-boys into X-Men.

And all the X-girls would probably be stalking/crushing on Warren.

An amazing issue that was. My favorite part was Storm not caring when he killed Kitty. This is a popular subject in the Storm thread (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?t=209048&page=519).
