What happened with the lawsuit against the " Bratz "(C) dolls by Mattel ?
I read that Mattel won it - and won the rights to Bratz :frown:  !!!!!!!!!!!
This is rather as if the DC-Fawcett lawsuit had IMMEDIATELY ended with DC taking over Captain Marvel...........
I seem to have seen a reference recently to a new line of dolls being introduced by the ( ex- ) Bratz owners , who clearly appeared to be Bratz " under another name "...
A Google(C) got me nothing recent telling me of anything more than the lawsuit's penalty phrases , nothing about the new line...

The suit had more to do with the fact that the guy who made Bratz came up with the idea while working at Mattel.

...The " Earth-1 " version appears to be named , the Moxie Girlz...........
How they've worked this out with the old-guard New England soda pop brand named Moxie , from which the term originated , iis unknown...Perhaps thay can make it the next Red Bull !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although a jury found in favour of Mattel, MGA still owns them. Mattel was awarded an permanent injunction to stop MGA from making the dolls, but enforcement has been stayed, pending appeal. Meanwhile, MGA is making both Bratz and another name of doll that is basically a knock-off of Bratz.

A clothes designer has entered the fray, claiming MGA has stolen his fashion designs for the dolls.
