MU geography question: What's up with Slorenia?

The last I recall, the Scarlet Witch sealed the country so that Bloodwraith (rolleyes) couldn't get out. Was that the end of it? There's just a part of Europe sealed off with a huge evil giant tromping around in it?

Both Whitman and Proctor's Ebony Blades are accounted for, which could imply that the Bloodwraith is no longer present.

At some point, thanks to Dracula, Whitman ended up with a fake blade (with a Vampire fang in it), believing it to be his original. Was this Proctor's alternate universe blade, modified by Dracula, or a new third sword altogether? An Untold Tale for a later time, I guess...
