That costume store has nothing to do with Marvel. It is just a costume shop that randomly opened up next to their offices.

and I'll bet those costume shops do great business what with Marvel being next door to them and with visitors to Marvel...

and the reverse has gotta be the same with visitors to the costume shops and then deciding to visit Marvel...

gotta be a win-win for everyone... nobody loses...
