Issue Names for New Krypton & World without Superman

Dear Folks,

I feel kinda dumb asking this, because I know there's gotta be a complete list posted somewhere. I just can't find it! If someone could point me to the right place, I'd appreciate it. ...

I'm trying to fill in gaps in my set of the New Krypton/World Without Superman series -- the one with the green shield numbers. There are 8 of them where I haven't been able to figure out what issue title they correspond to (e.g., shield number 10 = Action 873) . Here are the "shield numbers" for the issues I'm missing:

11, 15, 18, 22, 24, 26, 30, 34.
