Sorry, I tried to jazz that up a bit but run out of creativity.

Anyways, how does this fight go down?

Judging by what we've seen, couldn't sentry just grab Firelords staff, break it across his knee like a twig, and deck the herald into a cosmic pulp?

Not aware of Firelord being vastly more powerful than Terrax or anything. In which case Sentry treats him identically.
