Hi, Guys !
I know I haven't been around much lately ! A very busy time for me with juggling the family, work, the band and my comic stuff...but I am about to release my second book as an exclusive give-away at Albany-Con on November 1st.
Called "A Taste of Fate" and found exclusively at the Paragon Comics table...it's a twisted little tale set in WWII Germany...Here is the cover, sans the logo, for your enjoyment !
To those still still awaiting a copy of "Nightmares", I apologize and I haven't forgotten you ! You'll just get two comics instead of one, once "Taste" is ready to go ! It's all scripted and drawn and just awaiting lettering...

One question: is the swastika (in the nazi flag) flipped intentionally?
And might I ask what kind of band you're in?

Yes to the Swastika ...and it's a rock/metal band !

Okay to the flippin'! - kind of thought so already but thought to ask 'for the record'.
And 'rock on!' to the band. :cool:
(I was in a rock band too, but it went how Bryan Adams sings it...
I even posted a link to a tune on the 'Music Music Music' - hellthread.
And I still know some good drummers...)

Only the cover, for impact's sake...the interior is B & W...may lean to wards color on my next project...I seem to be on a roll lately and to good response...

Awesome! It feels like on of those covers that make you wonder what's happening or what lead up to that particular event, reminds me of Frank Miller a little bit.

my opinion, hand letter your comics. font and stock word balloons ruin the art. they lay on top of it and do not blend in as well.
you art is nice, but the text does stand out to far, and takes away from it overall.

Myron! Your imagery and chosen viewpoints are so strong! Really very well done. Although I haven't read it well, it looks glorious to me. There seem no graphical 'style-drops' which helps as well. My eyes never wandered onto something feeling it'd be off somehow.
> possible spoiler warning! < I love the "of course you do!" line at the end. Although the German should be saying: "mein verdammter Gott" to have grammar be correct (if I'd be right) > definate end of spoiler <.
Aside from that: super-sweet stuff. So there.

Show is tomorrow...wish me luck...the finished cover LOGO and such is different now (and better)....laser-print colors are fantastic !

Edit/Update: A complete success...all copies were given away ! I did manage to obtain a couple of issues for you patient folks...will mail them out by next week !
