I've been curious as to how the Bat-titles have been favoring with people since the relaunch. So what titles (if any) have you dropped so far and why?

The only one I have dropped so far is "Detective Comics". I can justify buying a book with art I might not be crazy about but not a book that I only enjoy looking at. Yes, "Detective" is gorgeous but I just didn't care for the story, found it rather bland and wasn't crazy about the writing. Add onto that the co-feature which I had no interest in, so I couldn't justify buying it anymore.

"Batgirl" might be on the chopping block to, just because of budget issues. However, to be fair I'll give it a couple of issues to see how things go.

All of them but Detective Comics.

But I'm thinking on giving Sirens another go and there is a big chance I'm getting Batman And Robin, Streets and Batman in tpb.

I dropped Batman, and "Robin". I never started Batman and Robin, outsiders or Batgirl.

I didn't pick up Outsiders, 'Tec or Batman, so I can't drop what I didn't pick up in the first place. However Dini's books are in danger of being dropped after the next two issues, I think I've given them enough chances to entertain me.

Red Robin may be next after that.

i dropped Red Robin after the first issue.

I'm still getting Batman & Robin, Detective Comics, Gotham City Sirens, and Batgirl.

I'm giving Batgirl a chance to convince me, but 1 & 2 have not been great...

Dropped Detective. Never started on Batgirl, Outsiders or Batman & Robin (I still haven't forgiven Morrison).

Red Robin is on the bubble.

I wasn't even picking up any of the Bat titles until Gaiman did the 2 issue special. Now I am getting Batman. I'll get Morrison's Batman and Robin as it gets collected.

I just dropped Batman as well as Batman and Robin. I had planned on dropping Batman as soon as Winnick lef the book.. And B&R is just not doing anything for me. I'll probably get the collected editions. I will also be collecting Red Robin in TPB form.

None, but the only ones I ever picked up were Detective Comics and Batman & Robin. However, I intend to eventually check out Streets of Gotham, Red Robin, and possibly Gotham City Sirens when they come out in TPB (though I'm now leaning towards passing on Sirens). I also might pick up Tony Daniel's upcoming Batman arc in TPB.

Haven't dropped a single one that I started pickin' up.

I've never had this many Bat-books on my pull list in my life.

Peace.

Never tried Batman, (previews never gripped me) and dropped Sirens, Outsiders and Red Robin. Sirens art is very hit-or-miss. The women all seem to have "model hauteur" as an expression, and the coming together of the leads seemed contrived. Outsiders had a character knack, but the plotting was slow for my tastes. Red Robin seemed to too much rehash Tim's coping with trauma. I've heard the song before, and the cast should at least recognize that the notes are very familiar by now.

Just Outsiders. But if the recent issue with Metamorpho and Geo-Force taking down Clayface is indicative of the series' quality, I might be re-thinking the decision.

Batgirl, right now, is close.

I'm still reading everything. Planned to drop Detective Comics (It confused the heck out of me half the time) for a second, but I enjoyed the latest issue a lot and it saved it for me.

Not only have I not dropped any, but I actually went back and tracked down the back issues of Outsiders since their arc got a big jump on the rest of the relaunch. I'm still enjoying all the books for their various unique charms. Also, since I'm not seeing alot of love for Red Robin here, I thought I would chime in that it's my second favorite book right now. The only comic I'm loving more is The Flash: Rebirth.

Does it count as 'dropped' if I didn't pick it up to begin with?

I am still getting Batman & Robin, Detective Comics, and Batman.
Picked up one issue of Red Robin. Wished I hadn't five pages in.

Never went near the others.
I wish Manhunter was available without the Paul Dini filler material. $4 for 8 or so pages is kinda harsh.

I'm not too fond of comic book stunts so I'm taking a break from all Batman titles until this all blows over.

None. I have actually added Batman books to my pull list since Reborn started.

I dropped Outsiders after the first couple issues, because I found it incredibly boring, but started picking it up again for the present storyline, featuring the escaped Arkham villains. This arc is a major improvement, but I plan on dropping it again after it's over. I have no interest in the Blackest Night fluff and basically, I'm just not all that interested in these characters without Batman.

That's all so far, but there will likely be more coming; I'm simply spending way too much money on comics at the moment.

Likely to be dropped:

Detective - pretty pictures, boring story about a character I've been given no reason to care about. I'm going to hang on three more issues for the origin, but will likely drop it after that.

Gotham City Sirens - I actually enjoy these somewhat lighter stories, but there's really nothing here I can't live without.

Azrael - Really enjoyed the mini, but we've changed artists and DC has made this way too expensive to begin by requiring you to buy two $5 annuals first.

The jury's still out:

Batgirl - Too soon to say.

Probably won't drop:

Batman

No Way I'm Dropping:

Batman & Robin
Red Robin
Streets of Gotham (for Manhunter if nothing else)

I'm tempted to drop Batman just for Bagley alone.

actually, probably buying more batman than ever now...

regularly buy...
batman
streets of gotham
and batman and robin...

did, until i think with the last issue also buy detective...just, as was noted before, the art was amazing, but the story kind of fizzled at the end...

but, overall, the 3 bat-books i'm still buying are just about the most eager i am to get books each month...

He's only got one issue left; kind of late for that.

I happen to really like Bagley. But just FYI he only has one issue left on "Batman" and then he's moving onto "Justice League". Then for Tony Daniel is coming onto "Batman" as writer/artist for a little bit.

I only picked up Detective and B&R.

I've dropped 'Tec simply because it's a book that will read better in a collected edition. Rucka can't pace single issues for his life and I want to see Williams' art without stupid ads interrupting it.

I started out trying the whole line of Bat-titles.

Outsiders is... well... out. It's a shame. I loved Outsiders when Winick launched it years ago. It was such a fun book to read. Now though? DC has stripped it of all identity and fun and made it this secondary Bat-book. I await the day a creative team comes on this book with an actual idea and direction for it.

Streets of Gotham is getting close to being out. The book is just so... unfocused. It could be about anything, and I'm not sure I want to read about anything. Plus, it seems to focus a lot on Tommy Elliot. Screw Tommy Elliot. I really dislike this character. I will admit that Dini has done a better job with this guy than anyone, but I still don't like reading about him. I have to say the Manhunter co-feature doesn't do much for me either.

Batman might be out for awhile with Tony Daniel taking it over for a few months. Battle for the Cowl proved pretty well that he does not have a good handle on these characters. I might sit this arc out and return when Winick does.

started with batman and batman and robin. added streets, detective, and red robin. dropped streets. considering dropping detective and red robin.

I don't know if I should have voted for Red Robin and Outsiders since I never tried the "Reborn" issues of them, but I did anyway. I tried one issue of Streets of Gotham and dropped it. The Manhunter back-up was the only thing interesting about the book and I couldn't justify spending $4 a month for just that.

They're all on my pull list and not leaving it at the moment.

Outsiders is an exception, as I only planned on grabbing the Arkham escapees roundup issues to begin with.

Red Robin hasn't excited me too much, so it is getting dangerously close to falling off.

Batgirl is still too early for me to know whether I'll enjoy where it goes or not.

I've been happy with everything else and don't see me dropping those titles unless they leave print.

I dropped Detective Comics last month after recently starting to buy it.
I just couldn't get into the character or the story and the art wasn't to my taste either.

I dropped "Detective" because I heard the features were switching. Not a fan of the new Question. I dropped "Streets of Gotham" when i heard Zzasz was coming back. "Batgirl" bought it when I saw the new costume.

I was only reading Batman to start with, but I'll probably drop it when Daniels takes over.

Batman and Robin is the only one I have any interest in.

Those two issues of Batgirl I read were enough. I cannot think of a single Batman female more insipid than Stephanie Brown, and the first two issues only solidified my opinion that she's a klutzy, self-centered nitwit. I don't consider her a hero, and I'm not interested in reading about her anymore.

Comics I never picked up anyway

1) Outsiders (BORING)
2) Detective Comics (Not a big fan)
3) Batgirl (Just can't find a reason to pick this up given the current status quo)
4) Gotham City Sirens (just not interested)
5) Streets of Gotham (Just don't see the point of this title)
6) Azrael - Doesn't interest me.

Dropped
1) "Batman" - I've been going back and forth on this title. However, given that I'm picking up Blackest Night: Batman, I just can't spare the $. Maybe after Daniels takes over I will add it back to my list. I'm not convinced he's a terrible writer, plus I'm a fan of his art. I'll definitely pick it up in the issues leading to #700.

Still Getting
1) Red Robin - I think this is a good title. A little slower than I expected, but still good
2) Batman and Robin - NO WAY I'M DROPPING THIS
3) Blackest Night: Batman - not really Reborn related, but a fun read non the less.

I've never had this many Bat-books on my pull list in my life.

Once again, I agree with the inheritor of the Earth (I see you pinched my byline... ).

I haven't dropped any of the Batbooks I've added since June and don't anticipate dropping any any time soon. Detective and B&R are great, Batgirl's been enjoyable thus far, and I'm expecting Morrison to come back to Batman in the future so I'll stick with that one for the time being.

Batman - dropped after Winicks first issue and doubt I'll be interested when Tony Daniel comes in either. I'll look at Batman again when they put Tomasi on

Not sure if I'll be getting the next issue of Confidential. it's not one of Peter Milligans best efforts. a little dissapointing

Looking forward to Azrael and will continue with Red Robin, Batman & Robin, Sirens, Streets, Detective

Batgirl: on the fence. My daughter is reading it so it gets a little more leeway than a title only I would read.
Batman: I liked Winick's arc. I'm going to drop it unless I hear rave reviews about Daniels' upcoming story.
Batman & Robin: Definitely my favorite right now! It's a keeper!
Streets of Gotham: I like Dini & Batman is my favorite character but some books had to go so I could enjoy other character's books. I would probably get this one if money concerns were not an issue.
Detective: Not getting because I'm not a fan of either "replacement" heroes.
Sirens: Not getting. Not interested in the concept.
Outsiders: I was getting this book because I love Tomasi's writing but I ended up dropping it because it just wasn't capturing my interest.
Red Robin: Reading. I love Tim Drake. Not crazy about the costume but I love the adventures of Robin in different countries all over the world!
Azrael: Not getting. Not interested in the concept.
