i just finished reading issues 17 & 18... do i need to know anything more about kimura other than she has a past with x-23? what are her powers even? is she a mutant?

who was meltdown talking to when she asked "do you even know me"? it looked like warpath, domino and wolverine were in the room with her; she knows all of them. did i miss something?

anyway, "not forgotten" was a nice little two-parter. i was reminded of we-3 some with all the quick violence and what not.

She is not a mutant. She's a human engineered to have diamond like unbreakable skin perfect for Laura's claws not to cut. She was X-23's handler and a monstrous bitch.

Meltdown was on X-Force with Domino and Warpath. I'm not positive on Wolverine at the moment, but really everyone knowns him intimately these days.

so she only has unbreakable skin? huh, i can't see why x-23 couldn't figure out some ways to get around that.

i know tabby was on x-force with warpath and domino, and i know she's met wolverine before. that's what i was saying; her asking "do you even know me" doesn't make sense to me if it was only supposed to be them in the room.

As CiB mentioned, Kimura posesses "indestructible skin." Laura's adamantiam claws can't break through - Kimura was Laura's handler at the Facility where Laura was trained. If you want to know more, read Laura's second miniseries (Target X). Really awesome, you might like it.

Although, to understand it, you might have to read the first miniseries (Innocence Lost), which, IMO is more awesome.
