If you read the comic that page is from--it's been out for a few weeks now, I believe--you'll see it's Selene when she was born and she is the narrator.

That's Donna in the scan probably from the Blackest Night Titans crossover. Although now that they're bringing back Nate it would be interesting to see if they continue Threnodies plot.

I checked the wiki link about Threnody and found out her name is a reference to her powers, which makes sense (I'm not sure why, but I assumed it was her actual name). Oddly enough, I don't dislike it as much as I did before.
