Does anyone want to see Guido snap one day(lets say due to roid rage) and go flat out ... well... guido one day and start randomly busting stuff up ala Hulk. Except rather than a gamma ray mutated monster, he'd just be an insecure guido breaking stuff and acting macho and screaming like a lunatic. It'd make a great comic relief mini series if nothing else. I think he has all the materials to make a really entertaining, likeable, and strong villain if given the chance.

I even have the first few lines of text if they want to start turning him:

Strong Guy: Yo Terry, Money, what's up? How you be liking my new cut? You liking these big biceps? I know you loves these bad boys!

*flexes and kisses biceps repeatedly*

Terry & Monet: Um, ok we'll leave now.

Strong guy: What's the matter, you chicks like those scrawny bitches? Yo Jamie, Darwin, come holla at your boy!

Jamie: Guido, what's wrong? We're busy right now. Cortez has been...

Strong guy: Yo shut your face fool! Who you think you are? You a tough guy huh? Nah, these here babys(looking at his own biceps) are tough guys. You, Look at you, you just a small little biotch!

*punches Jamie out the house*

Strong guy: aight, so Terry, Money, hop in my car lets go down town! Drinks on me ladies!!!

I always thought he had a strong sense of honour.

heh thanks i just always wanted to see him with that type of gimmick.. a more insecure, macho, fake tough, kinda attitude. I think it could sell, if anything he could get some good spots and be a big funny villain or henchmen in 4-5 issue books in a bunch of different series like X-Factor, Spiderman, Daredevil, New Avengers(as part of Hood's gang)..

He was a villain in AoA, but he had motivation.
He could be a villain if he had motive besides being treated like crap
though he's not necessarily treated like crap in the books, but by writers.

The only way I could see him going bad would be because of the Tryps.
They controlled his mind once, perhaps he was shown something
or his point of view was swayed, though that's how I would work it out if he was to become bad.

I don't know, I think he's the typical villain that gets beaten down all the time. But what could work is him having this really angry bout, losing his mind, then really doing a number on his friends.

Practically every X-man has become a villain at some point so I see no reason why the 616 Strong guy shouldn't as well (and he worked as a villain in AOA).

Wait. What?

Y'all are talking about the same self-nominated GC-spokesman, hired muscle, and - um - Strong Guy as the one I'm thinking of, right?

AoA gave him an entire different life. Different childhood, different upbringing, different nation and culture. 616-flavored Strong Guy, though? A villain? It'd take massive trauma to push him over that line, and Guido? He deals with massive trauma by cracking jokes, getting a little weepy, having a big meal, and taking a nap. Not by becoming Dark Strong Guy.

This is Marvel we're talking about so complete turnabout in personality is not unheard of. Not that I'd say the character NEEDS to be a villain, just that he COULD be.
