World War Hulks is now called Fall of the Hulks (thought so after seeing Diamond had that name for the Alpha one shot, but thought it might've just been for that one issue title; turns out Gamma carries the name too).
Whilce Portacio on Hulk #18?!? WTF?

Man, that's a lot of Hulks. I'm not sure if it's a really good time to be a Hulk fan or a really bad time to be a Hulk fan.
And not that I'm complaining, but Marvel's releasing these previews earlier and earlier. Didn't it used to be the Monday before the full ones came out?

True enough, though I have to wonder about any contingency plans that take 26 years to play out.
I was mainly wondering if his resurrection had been depicted on-panel, though. I know an Egghead (presumably the same one) showed up in Fin Fang Four Return #1, but the continuity of FFF is questionable (though I like to think it's actual Marvel mainstream canon because they're the greatest thing since sliced Groot), and the story in question could really take place at any time (even prior to Egghead's death).

We've heard that one of the "major Hulk cast" is going to die in the opening salvo and that something is going to happen to two of the three She-Hulks before it's through. My guess it that Skaar and Jen will be fine though.

I was wondering the same thing when I first saw that image but for whatever reason I never posted anything about it.
I guess we'll be seeing some flashback monologue on it at some point during the event. As for the rest of this stuff, that first cover by Michael Bierek looks okay but it's almost as if he's trying to be Marko Djurdjevic and Adi Granov at the same time.
I'm still VERY hesitant as to even bother with World War Hulks since I felt burned on the last Hulk event and Loeb is writing a pre-WWH's issue so it looks as if Loeb is going to undoubtedly have a hand in that event. The Winter Guard stuff is cool though and if there's anything that I liked about Loeb's Hulk is that he brought them back albeit in a modified form.

My money's on Rick, particularly since he went bounding off in search of Rulk the last time we saw him. If Samson died, I don't think he'd be particularly missed. Rick? That'd piss off a LOT of people, starting with the Hulk community.

Frankly, this "Intelligencia" stikes me as a rather random collection of villains. And except for the Leader, and to a degree MODOK, none of them have ever been at all associated with the Hulk, let alone sworn to destroy him.
And seriously, the Red Ghost? He's one of the smartest villains in the MU? Really, Jeff Parker? And there aren't any supersmart female villains? Apparently supervillains are as sexist as academia.
To Parker's credit, someone calling himself Egghead was seen recently in the second Fin Fang Four one-shot, so there is some precedent. That said, I really wish that they had left him dead. The story in which he died, with Hank Pym's arrest and redemption, Egghead being killed by Hawkeye (whose brother, Barney, had been murdered by Egghead), it was just such a wonderfully constructed piece of work that it is unfortunate that they couldn't let the story be. Especially for anything involving Loeb. Seriously, isn't it time for him to return to effing up DC for a while.

That Egghead story was pretty cool.
Roger Stern hit it out of the park. I loved his Avengers run.
That story alos had the great Hawkeye/She-Hulk moment. Radioactive Man had blasted She-Hulk and reverted her to Jennifer Walters; Jen couldn't change back into her Hulk form any more. Hawkeye taunts/annoys Jen until she gets so pissed she takes a swing at him... as She-Hulk.
Classic.

Tyrannus has at least been alive since the Hulk relaunch. He was the main villain in Byrne and Garney's story. Last I recall, he was being held prisoner underground, and the Tyranoids had chosen a crazy West Virginian miner/stereotype as their new leader.
I don't recall if he was reported dead since then.

As I noted upthread (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showpost.php?p=9650764&postcount=13), it isn't exactly clear when/if that particular FFF scene takes place in the MU, though. From what I can tell, there has never been a definitive onscreen resurrection of Egghead, though, so we'll see where they're going with this.
Totally agree with the sentiment that he's one villain that could have stayed dead without any loss for the MU as a whole, though.

I think either Jen or Rick will be the ones to bite it. I seriously doubt any of the newer Hulks(Rulk, She-Rulk, Lyra, and Skaar) will bite it and no one would care if Samson bought it(neither fans nor Hulks).
Jen has connections to just about all the Hulks so her death would cause the bigger stir amongst them and would catch peoples(fans) attention for the event.
Rick has no connection to Skaar or Lyra really but his death would catch fans attention.
Of course with this being Loeb it could be Willie Lumpkin that dies and sets this off for all we know.......

True she has connections to all involved (except maybe She-Rulk). I don't think its Jen that dies and sets this event off. It has been mention all three She-Hulks fight each other. The thing I worry about is will Jen be alive at the end of end of this. Loeb says he like her and has plans for her but that's not a guarantee.

Yes, I think that is a big giveaway. It is also classed as an "A" for "all ages" . When is Marvel going to have Paul Tobin do a title that's in continuity? I can't recall if Black Widow has ever really mixed it up with Doom, except when she was held in check with the rest of in Mighty Avengers. At least he didn't call her a fat cow anyway.

This, to me, sounds like Loki has been impersonating Wanda the whole time of Disassembled and HoM. This Seige sounds like Bendis has had Loki create an alternative universe in the MU, because nothing has felt right since Bendis started Secret War. She's the most efficient spy in the world and one of the world's deadliest women, but before there was ever a Black Widow, there was the Red Room, a brutal KGB training ground for assassins, undercover agents, and the most ruthless of spies. Now, tasked with removing a rogue weapon's dealer from an impregnable safe house, the Black Widow remembers her escape from the Red Room training facility, an escape only made possible with the aid of the most unlikely of allies, the Asgardian sorceress known as Amora...the Enchantress.
THEN IN ISSUE 2, fitting in with the Avengers is not an easy job, not for a woman with no true powers beyond years of training and a ruthless ambition to succeed at any given task, and after a midair battle separates the Black Widow from the rest of her team, the mission to protect an advanced robot just got harder. Luckily, the Black Widow has her skills on her side, and the Avenger known as the Wasp at her back. Unluckily, the robot's owner is Dr. Doom, and Latveria's despotic ruler will stop at nothing to reclaim his own.

Sick. I really like that Punisher cover that references all the old Universal Studios Monsters.
That's just gorgeous, huh? Mike McKone just drew the hell out of that sucker. It's almost enough to make me pick up the book. Maybe in trade.
Definitely some nice, nice stuff there. Agents of Atlas in Thunderbolts? Hmm, they really want me to pick this title up full time, don't they?
New Avengers Annual? Normally that would prompt a 'meh' but I see Mike Mayhew is drawing/painting it so at least it'll look good.
And a much better FF cover this month. It actually makes me want to pick it up for a change, after those bland covers we've seen over the past 3 or 4 months.

she's an instant money maker because Hulk fans will buy anything Hulk-related.
That's not true. I don't pick up Shitrulk.
John Paul Leon should have done the entire mini for Natasha. Raney is ass.
