Does Marvel still own the rights to Men In Black??

If so, why do they never mention it or have no involvement with it?

What are your thoughts and opinions on M.I.B. as a mini series or ongoing?

As far as I know, they do still own the rights.

As to why they don't mention it. Well, think about it. It is a goverment agency that "does not exist", why would they make any mention about it? ;)

But then again, maybe because there is no money to be made, considering the M.i.B hype died back in the late 90's, early 00's.
