I've been wondering, with the overwhelming response to this new board, if we ought to consider a WW chat maybe once or twice a month, hopefully with some cool guests.

Anyone know a great, reliable, easy to use chat server that we might use?

Didn't CBR have a chatroom at one point? I don't have any chat server ideas, unfortunately.

I do not know of any off the top of my head, but I would be glad to join an official Wonder Woman chat!!

What about Yahoo Groups? They used to have a chat room for persons in a particular group, but I don't know if that still works

Most of the big commerical services (AIM. MS Messenger, Yahoo, Google Talk) all have the capability to create private chat rooms on the fly. The caveat being that the users have to have accounts on the systems and the client installed.

That's my only problem with those commercial services, I'd love to do a Wonder Woman chat but I don't want to install a bunch of crap on my computer I won't use.

That would be great; I believe that Yahoo had chat capacity, but my information on that is a recent as 2002 and as early as 1998; I can go looking and offer a few suggestions, if you can let me know. I'd love to chat some ideas on Wonder Woman once or twice a month at a minimum with you. I just hope to discuss Wonder Woman at anytime. :rolleyes:

You don't need too with Meebo, I think.
