What do you consider as your personal favorite(s) superhero video game(s)?
I included MUA2 to the poll because it is very soon to be released, and I don't want to bother open a new thread or poll for it. I admit I got a little impatient

Ultimate Spider-Man, no contest.

For this console generation it's got to be Batman Arkham Asylum for me. My all time favourite superhero game is Spider-Man on the PS1.

I have many:
MUA (PC)
Spider-Man 3 (PC) (this game had too much insults it isn't worthy of)
Spider-Man 1&2 for the PS1
Ultimate Spider-Man (PS2)
Spider-Man 2(GBA)
X-Men: Wolverine's Revenge (GBA)
Marvel vs Capcom Series (PS1)

Good god, none of the games on that list, except maybe Batman: AA.
Mine are COX, Freedom Force series, and Champions Online.
Right now though, Champions.

My favorite is the Punisher 2004 game.
Technically not a superhero, but the game does have Iron Man, Daredevil, Nick Fury, the Black Widow, Kingpin and Bullseye in it.

The original X-men Legends. It was far better than MUA in terms of story and gameplay.

Champions.
First mission ends with you launching an armored superhero out of a cannon into an Alien Mothership.
It gets crazier from there.

For me, it's a toss-up between Arkham Asylum and Infamous.

I agree.
I have a lot of favorites.
Infamous (PS3)
Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3)
Spiderman 2(xbox)
Ultimate Spiderman(xbox)
X-men Legends 1 (better than 2 or the MUA games)(xbox)
X-Men II: Wolverine's Revenge (xbox)
It's hard to pick one, but if I had too, it would be Arkham Asylum. Or Spiderman 2.

Regardless of opinions on the movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine was a blast to play.

My Batman: AA hasn't arrived yet, so I've been playing LEGO Batman in the meantime and I'm shocked there's no love for it in this thread yet. Not to say it's my favourite Marvel/DC game ever, but it is an awesome game and amazingly fun.

What?No Hulk:Ultimate Destruction? It's shame.I believe it's one of the best comic book based games.Although,i still consider Freedom Force and FF vs TR as the games with the best comic book feeling.

There were a few Marvel games on my Game Geat I ws quie fond of. I think they were X-Men and Spider-Man. Batman: Return of the Joker on the NES was pretty damn excellent, dispite or possibly because it had nothing to do with the Batman mythos.

As linear as it was, I had a fun time with X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse on the SNES.

I haven't played a lot of superhero videogames, but I once rented a Captain America game for the SNES, which was a side-scrolling brawler that featured Cap, Iron Man, the Vision, and Hawkeye. I like the 2D brawler genre very much, and I remember enjoying the game for what little time we 'had' it. There's a level where you have to travel through the air, so Hawkeye and Cap get hover-scooters of some kind while Iron Man and the Vision can fly.

Spider-man 2: First superhero game to get it right. The web-swinging was SO much fun.
Hulk: Ultimate Destruction: Just flat out awesome with its excellent combat and destructive world. Good story too.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance: Finally a game that let me and some friends kick ass as my favorite heroes. It was just fun.

Arkham Asylum
Marvel Super Heroes
Hulk: Ultimate Destruction
Spider-Man 2
X-Men Legends 2
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
X-Men Legends
In that order. MUA 2 will probably end up in there somewhere after I've actually played it some.
