Is there anything that prevent other people from taking Diana's items from her?

I mean, in issue 13, they could have taken her lasso away in order to "weaken" her, I know that ragdoll could take away her boots and tiara, but were not the guards stupid for leaving wonder woman's weapons on her?

Only WW can use the lasso. In anyone else's hands it is just a rope.

that I know, but they could have taken it away in order for it not to be available for diana. I mean, they would be very naive if they thought that Diana was THAT defenseless in her actual state.

I don't think so. They're just props. Anyone could get her rope, tiara, bracelets and costumes.
