Hmm, those are the sprites used for Mugen games. If you look them up on youtube, you'll find those characters in customized fighting games. Wonder Woman's moves and combos are probably the most devastating (if you discount Darkseid who's made so cheap and he can kill you with one omega beam).

He is a combination of Marvel Comics' Wolverine and DC Comics' Batman who exists only in the temporary Amalgam Universe created when the DC and Marvel Universes combine.
