In return of something from Libra, Clayface blew up the Daily Planet, mortally wounding Lois who had to be saved by a deux ex machina, crippling someone and killing another. Shouldn't Superman's first mission post Final Crisis been to find this muthaf**ka? As well as Pulitzer Prize winning investigative reporter, Lois Lane?

How is he meant to find a shape changer? Do you think Superman is the type for vengeance? He'll inevitably turn up and he'll go to prison. What else can be done?

Clearly not vengeance, but sure a bit peeved this man almost killed your wife and your friends just to get at you. You'd think he'd be at the top of the priority list. And it's just a matter of "Dick, it's Clark. I need your help with something." Then it becomes a matter of how do you hide from Superman and Batman?
Well, he's a little busy being OFF PLANET right now; that might put a damper on any investigation.....

He doesn't even know who bombed the Daily Planet's newsroom and last I checked, there's more than one shapeshifter in the DCU. Besides, he knows that Lex took out Libra who was behind it and Clark took care of Darkseid who was behind Libra. That's good enough for him.
