This was a Beast-Boy centered issue.
I thought it was a little angsty but then again this is the Titans.
Personally I think it's a useless filler issue but it's not THAT bad. It was pretty okay.
Favorite line:
Blue Beetle: (to Miss Martian and Beast Boy) Hey, you guys are like matching salt and pepper shakers.
Got me chuckling for a while.

It was filler to be sure but not bad filler
Its clearly setting up Beast Boy as leader of the Teen Titans but I doubt you'll get anything extra from this story compared to the issue when he joins.
Its nice to see Beast Boy grow up a bit and also to see someone else in charge of the Titans (Wondergirl has been doing a terrible job).
Also who do you have to kill to get art this good in Teen Titans. For once the Titans didn't have horse faces

True. At least the Tempest issue (#15) contributed to the Aqua-family's Blackest Night appearance. Not to mention having some of the best art since the series relaunch, imho...

I'll care about Beast Boy when he becomes Menagerie.

Which hopefully will be never.

I thought the issue was Okay, but not great - and this coming from someone who ranks Gar as one of his favorites of the Titans. But compared to the other Day in the Life issue's we've had, Its probably the least impressive. Off hand, I'd rather someone else had gotten the assignment than Pat McCallum, but at least it was infinitely better than the way Judd Winick was writing Gar.
Gar does look like he's going to step up as the leader of the Teen Titans again. Even the Teen Titans themselves seem to be recognizing that Cassie isn't cutting it. Still, Gar's track record for when he was leader during the missing year wasn't all that impressive, resulting as it did in the largest turnover rate in the history of the team. So it will be interesting to see how he copes this time.

Is Titans ending soon? I mean Donna is going to the JLA along with Dick (and maybe Roy and Starfire) and Beast Boy is going to Teen Titans. That would only leave Cyborg, Flash, and Raven which leaves no real reason for the book to be kept going. Not that there was ever a real reason for this volume of the book anyway.

Better issue than some of the more recent ones, but that's not really saying much.
I'll be happy when all the team members finally go their separate ways and we can see what they actually have planned for the book with Deathstroke in charge.

Actually, I think Raven's going over to Teen Titans, as well. And, in all honesty, I don't see any reason for this books to even be in print anymore. The team is essentially breaking up (again).

im worried about this title. it could have been great but with the team being pulled apart completely i cant say im happy about its current direction. i guess it has to happen with dick being batman and donna filling the void of wonder woman on the JLA. I hope that eventually they team up again. i was so happy that they were a team again when this series was first relaunched. but i dont see how this series can survive with everybody going their own way.
i really dont like them making donna troy dress like such a whore. since when was she the type to show off her thong like that? not even the sluts at a club wear their thongs like that anymore. for years now.

Dear god, that is some 90's style Image art going on there. I especially like the clumsy attempt at Starfire eating a sausage.
Ugh, need eyewash.
