Okay, I clearly missed it the first time, but that's Alan Scott apparently imprisoned in the wall on Sorcerer's World alongside Raven and who's the guy above them?

A Green lantern sorcerer called Torquemada. They also appear as a group in one of the GL Origins & Omens back up.

Which was my next question... So this is a story that's coming? Doesn't look like it ends well, or we've got a JSA/Legion story right after that.

The only difference is that the other person on that "Origins & Omens" page isn't Raven. Unless Raven's grown a goatee, that's Mordru in his JSA-era costume.
