From the Wonder Woman forum, regarding Wonder Girl:

Whatever you think of the two characters named, I love the concept of a Title of Boringness. In my mind, it's a title where you could shuffle off characters you don't care about (though not characters you hate. Strong emotion has no place in the Title of Boringness.) People who like boring characters could still read the Title of Boringness and be satisfied; they're just quarantined off so they won't bore others.

What's in your Title of Boringness? What's it called? (Boring Adventures is a good title, but "adventure" is too exciting for the Title of Boringness.) Who's in it?

For me, I think Red Tornado and Donna Troy would be headliners, but there would be frequent appearances by Harbinger, Pariah, and Waverider.

Superman would be front and center. The Fantastic Four would be frequent guest stars.

Hal Jordan and Spider-Man team-up. They are feared and misunderstood by a hateful populace. Magneto shows up sometimes. The government plots against them.

It would probably be called something generic like "Awesome Comics" or "Really Cool Comics" or "Everyman Wish Fulfillment Comics". Maybe "Nobody Really Understands Me Comics".

Checkmate.

The title could be "Boring on The Board," with the sub-title "All the thrills and action of spectator chess."

I don't think any character is boring, so I guess I can't play.

Oh, what the heck? Umm ... Stephanie and Black Lightning? Not sure how in Hera's name that would work, but those are two characters that I would forget existed if they weren't discussed/didn't show up in a book I'm reading.
