I just read Adventure Comics 1...

I'm new to comics, are there any Superman ongoing series that are as good as Adventure Comics? I was thinking of picking up the Superman comic, but I've heard some bad things about it. Is there anything else Superman is in that I should pick up instead? Or should I skip superman until he gets a better creative team?

I think the Superman books are fantastic right now. World of New Krypton is a very good book right now, and that is one that Superman is currently in. Superman and Action Comics currently have different main characters while Superman is off in the New Krypton book, but I have been enjoying them alot too. Even Supergirl is a really good read right now.

Everyone has different opinions on the current teams. Me, I've been enjoying the books. So I recommend picking up Superman, Action Comics, Supergirl and World Of New Krypton. You should also pick up the trades "Up, Up & Away", "Last Son", "The Coming Of Atlas" and "New Krypton" volumes one and two. They set the stage for what's going on now.

Superman stars Mon-El in stories set before he became a member of the legion. Tellus from Adventure is also in that too.Supergirl is great too of course

I get Adventure Comics for the Legion backup but to be honest, I was less than enthused by the first installment of it.
