I was just thinking about how interesting it would be for these two to meet up some time soon and to see how Mac regards Jonah now that he's devolved into a flesh eating monster.

When was the last time these two came face to face?

I'm not reading Sinister Spider-Man yet, so this may have already happened as far as I know.

It would be interesting to see if JJJ has any remorse or regret for his part in it, or if he shifts the blame to Spider-Man, which I'm thinking would be the case.

it's kind of a big part of Sinister Spider-man actually. you should read it if you want more of their confrontation. keep in mind that JJJ doesn't know that it's Gargan. but Osborn is actually making them work together in a way; to help Jonah's reputation as Mayor. and Gargan's busy trying to make Jonah's life a living hell. in the first issue he kills a prostitute and deposits her in Jonah's house (i think it was his house). he also tried to eat a squirrel and crap it out on Jonah's desk.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably read it when the rest of the issues come out.

How he acts towards J.J is too contradicting to how he enjoyed his status in the start of the story
Does Jonah know this isn't the same Spider-Man he built the Anti-Spider-Squad for?
And I'd really love to see Spider-Man tangle with the losers coming after Scorpnom

I've been wondering this myself, because he acts in a weird manner towards him. Maybe he knows the 2 are different? But that would mean he either knows the Dark Avengers Spider-Man is not the real one, which would seem kind of threatening for the Dark Avengers, or he thinks the real one is a different one than the one he's been after all those years, but then it wouldn't make any sense why he'd still be after him.

I think JJJ knows that Dark Spider-Man and Spider-Man are two different individuals. But since Gargan is the legit one, JJ would have no problem endorsing him.

I don't think he knows. At least he's no supposed to. Sinister Spider-man has been great though.

I don't think JJJ knows either; I just read the latest issue last night of this mini. I have to say, though, I think it's a bit too much for me with the constant eating of flesh and crapping/vomiting squirrels on desk. I mean, really.....I enjoy fart jokes and am no prude but this is beyond the pale for me. Plus, I am just kinda tired of the whole "Dark Reign " thing already; when you think about it, between the Skrull Imposters (and suspected imposters) of "Secret Invasion" and now all the dopplegangers of "Dark Reign" it has been a few years since we have seen straight-up, legit versions of our heroes. And I want them back. All of them. :frown:
