In Canada a price war errupted when Wal-Mart put it at 38 bucks. Best Buy, EB Games and other retailers all followed suit. I think you can still get it at that price up here. Not bad considering it is 69.99 regular.

My brothers (who don't live at home) and I usually buy one game amongst us, and rotate it around as we play and finish the game (single player games, of course).

In this case, the 3 of us each buying our own was just too good to resist. At $40, why the heck not?!
