Well, I want to see them maybe Marvel should do some internation superhero organization.Too bad most of the South American heroes are killed off.What a waste.They need to do more with Captain Mexica.

Off the top of my head: (I can't remember the exact issue they all showed up but here are the ones I somewhat recall)

La Bandera is Cuban? Wasn't she created for a fictional Latin American country? She showed up in early issues of Wolverine's first series (around #20)

Shamrock showed up in Contest of Champions.

Omerta showed up in (1st series) Alpha Flight's Wourld Tour series (around #110)

Powersurge showed up in (1st series) Avengers (around #330s)

Steel Guardian showed up in (3rd series) Iron Man somewhere between #1-10.

She's Cuban born, but grew up in the US, fought crime in Florida, and followed a drug trail to Tierra Verde, where we first met her.
