Okay, so my phone is ringing, I'm in my office, hubby runs to go get it, picks it up, caller ID says it's WALT SIMONSON, whom I worship and respect like crazy.

Hubby grabs phone for me, too late, missed the call, no message left.

So I use star 69 and try to call back, get the answering machine.

I email, no response.

NOW I CAN BARELY WORK BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT WALT FRICKING SIMONSON CALLED ME FOR!

You should call back and leave a message this time.

Then if he still doesn't call you know it was a one time only offer and you're screwed.

What lesson can we learn from this?

1: have a phone in your office!
2: never leave the office
3: Tell your "hubby" that you are dissapoint*

I found out what it was...nothing major.

But MAN, i love me some Walt Simonson!

AND it looks like he's going to donate to the auction!
