Marvel Vacation

Assisted and protected (optional) by Uatu you have won a trip anywhere in the Marvel U. Where would you go? Madripoor, Savage Land, Wakanda, Latveria, The Vault, Attilan, Atlantis, AoA,? Anywhere you can think of. Pictures or postcards would be nice if you got any.

Latveria would be my first choice without doubt. I don't know why but whenever I see those quaint, cobbled streets of down-town Doomstadt, right from their earliest appearances during the Silver Age up to the present era, I just get this inexplicable yen to walk around them and mix with the locals. Of course, the reality of actually living their under Dr. Doom would be somewhat different but that's the beauty of a vacation...you can go home when you've had enough.

Other places I'd definitely like to see would be Attilan because it's this incredible and beautiful city on the moon and The Savage Land because Dinosaur's and Saber Tooth Tigers are cool. :cool:

Lovely Latveria. Picture postcard perfect, plenty of quaint lodging, walking distance from amazing sights, and all that lovely ethnic food. Skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, great big castle and robots running around trouncing evil doers. Bliss.

For a more rugged vacation with fewer amenities, the Savage Land has got to be choice #2. Particularly if you get to pet Sabu. Nice kitty .... !

Seriously, though, I'd probably rather visit Cable's country, Providence. Latveria seems nice enough, but vacationing in a place patrolled by merciless killer robots seems like you're just asking for trouble.

Have you ever drunk mead? It's one of the sickliest things I've ever had the misfortune to imbibe.

Most of those places seem a little too dangerous for my personal taste.

I'd have to travel over to the DC world and get a special Men's visa to Themiscyra. I'd feel more at ease among the amazons than a potential subject to Doom. :)

It's definitely on the hard core side. It does work as a meal when necessary so at the least, it has that going for it.

Remind me of the Marvel swimsuit issues that takes a hotspot in the Marvel Universe and desplay the scenario with a hero or villian in a bathing suit.

1993 = Monster Island

1994 = Blue Area of the Moon

1995.= Madripoor.

oh yeah, the early 90s.I wonder if Marvel ever bring back Marvel Swimsuit and the fun to collect Marvel Universe cards and Masterpiece(the real ones, not that ones that recycle the Vs card.)

I would choose Madripoor if I'm rich as heck. or powerful that I can't get around there without getting into trouble.
