It's Nobuhiro Watsuki's (The author and artist of Kenshin) newest series about Frankenstein's at the end of the 19th century. The plot is arcish and really good so far despite only having 19 chapters out. Recommended for anyone who loves historical manga with a side of crazy fights and creatures.
