A pretty well-done fan-made trailer.
For those who don't know what Doctor Who is, it's the longest-running UK science-fiction series (although with some hiatuses here and there) about a time-travelling alien who travels around space and time in a time machine disguised (on the outside) as a police box (old British phone booth reserved for Police use). There have been nearly a dozen actors in the lead role (As the Doctor has an alien ability to change his appearence/regenerate when near death), this anime represents the Third Doctor (As played by Jon Pertwee). Although one of the older Doctors, he played the most dashing, action-oriented incarnation.
There have been other Doctor Who animations-a proposed Nelvana series, some web-based stuff, some reconstructions of 'lost' stories and the recent Infinite Quest serial-but none have really been done anime style.
