Is the measurement refering to the image's diagonal length (hypotenuse) or is it referring to the length of the image across?

I know it's inversely proportional to the length of the penis of the user.

It is the diagonal; they measure the screen from inside the casing.

stereo speakers and casing add to the products size, but the screen is always measured diagonally.
