My moms dad used to love comics but he was into the comics like Archie and disney comics. He did though have two batman comics that he gave my mom.
The first is "Batman Family" it has "Enter Ragman", "Peril of the Power Sower", "Private Eye Man-bat", and "Trial by Fire".

The other one I found is a collection of Detective Comics no. 485. It has "The Vengeance Vow", "The Case of the Cavorting Corpse", "The Case of the Untouchable Crook", "The Supersonic SST Threat"

The only batman ive ever read is Year One. So are theses worth reading? Also where did man-bat come from?

I've heard great things about the Batman Family series, but I've never personally read them.

Detective Comics #485 was published during a less than memorable period in the book's history, but I always enjoyed those classic Barbara Gordan Batgirl stories contained in each one.

I would try re-posting this in the Classic Comics section, by the way. You'll get more responses.

Thats so bad! haha. My parents never read them, but my friends dad has a butch of old ASM, and FF, and Avenger comics, but he used to do homework on them, so they are in pretty bad condition. But there still pretty cool.
