I hear voices in my head when I read Batman comics. As such, I hear distinct actors/voice actors when I read a certain characters dialogue.
Batman = switches arbitrarily between Keaton and Conroy unless I'm reading a pre-70s comic in which case I hear the guy who played Batman in those Scooby-Doo movies.
Joker = Hamill
Robin = Nobody in particular unless it's pre-70s in which I hear Casey Casem.
Penguin = DeVito and sadly sometimes that godawful voice he had in The Batman
Two-Face, Harley, Mr. Freeze, Gordon, and Bullock all from B:TAS. Other Bat-characters I read don't have any particular voice that I can remember.
Do you do this too, or do I have some kind of thuper thanity?
Oh and if you do, feel free to discuss any distinct voice you hear while reading comics regardless of Bat-affiliation.

For characters, the DCAU actors. (Conroy, Daly, Delaney, Zimbalist, etc.)
For character-less narration, Don LaFontaine or Hudson Leick.
I'd be scared if I heard Christopher Walken in my head....

Conroy and Hamil for Batman and Joker, regardless of the era, because they're just so perfect. Harley, Two-Face and Commissioner Gordon also match the animated series actors. About ten years ago I was reading something with Nightwing in it, and for some reason I started hearing Ron Howard, so that's the voice I hear for Dick Grayson to this day. Since Dick has made it pretty clear that he's doing his best to imitate Bruce's Batman voice while in costume, that's pretty funny to imagine.

I hear Christian Bale for Batman, a unique voice for Alfred, Ledger for Joker... basically, it's a mix of TDK cast.

I generally go with the DCAU voices whenever I read a DC comic. I use Conroy for Batman, Hamill for Joker, Sorkin for Harley, Glover for Riddler, etc. Sometimes I use one particular voice from other Bat media. I use James Remar for Black Mask, as he did it in "The Batman". If I'm reading a Silver Age style Batman book, then I'll use Diedrich Bader.
For the narrator in those older books, the late Ted Knight who did the older Super Friends episodes.

Mostly the Batman DCAU actors with a few exceptions.
Burgess Meredith for Penquin
Frank Gorshin as Riddler

I can't really say. Its like a mix of TDK, BTAS and Burton's Batman. I don't really have a definite voice in my head, which is strange because my mind is always so specific. I know when I read Spider-Man without a doubt I hear Chris Daniel Barnes' voice.

How random.

Awesome.
I don't hear voices.
You probably did not mean for that to be humorous but I laughed.

Most of the voices in the first post are the ones I hear as well. To add, whenever batman does something particularly Batmanish, that danny elfman score plays in my head.
Duh - duh - da duhh..
It's almost like a scale to me. If I don't hear that in my head at least once while reading a batman comic, the writer didn't do his job.

I do that too, though now it's sometimes the two-note theme from the Nolan movies. Daaaa-duuunnnn. In either case, when it happens I mentally file it away as a "Batman Moment" and will sometimes reflect later upon its sheer coolness.
Alfred, Harley, Bullock, Dent/Two-Face, Selina,Babs and Dick always sound like the BTAS versions. Hell, BTAS is the default for most villains and supporting cast if they've appeared there. Gordon never quite had a nameable voice, but now he's completely become Gary Oldman, though a bit harder in Year One.
Joker is mostly Hamill, but with some certain lines he becomes more like Ledger, or with some entire depictions like Azzarello's GN.
I've always had a made-up voice in my head for Bruce Wayne and Batman. The Bruce voice sounds a lot like Christian Bale, so much so that it's one of the reasons I was thrilled with his casting. The Batman voice has elements of Keaton, a bit of Conroy, and myself if I were some a hard-boiled film noir character. It's not very Clint Eastwood, despite the official description, I just can't imagine him sound like that without being too silly.
Talia is Nyssa, the vampire princess form Blade II (Leonore Varela).
Bane sounds like a slightly hispanic Ivan Drago.
Lady Shiva is a very cocky Kelly Hu.
Tim (current age), Cassandra, Stephanie Brown and Poison Ivy don't have voices yet. Neither did Hush, until he become a double for Bruce.

How random.
There was an episode of Xena where Xena and Gabrielle were transported to ILLUSIA, where everyone sings and colors are about 8x brighter. Leick's character, Callisto, was Xena's 'guide.' As they both floated down river, she was narrating some poetic prologue. I always liked how serene, yet authoritative, it sounded.
Oh, and whenever I read a computer / device talking (GL ring, etc.) I hear Majel Barrett-Roddenberry.

Since I grew familiar with the Spanish dub ot BTAS shown here, I mostly 'hear' Batman as Frank Maneiro and Joker as Ruben Leon.
Edit: My narrator is my own voice.

Haha, Bill Cosby is a choice in this poll? Hilarious!
For me it depends on the style of art and the writing as well. I just re-read Broken City and I had Mickey Rourke as Killer Croc and Batman was the generic tough guy voice when I read any Frank Miller ripoff story.

I've come around to Conroy being my default Batman voice, even though my initial exposure was to that crappy guy doing the Superfriends voice (and saying lame stuff like "my little chum" to Robin). Also, I'm sure I had some early exposure to Adam West, and then Keaton hit around a time when I was still reasonably impresionable. Conroy SHOULDN'T be my default Batman voice, but I watched SO many hours of that version that by pure exposure and repetition (and how good he sounded in the role) he did.
Joker is tougher, since I have a soft spot for Cesar Romero. And Hamill's Joker was hardly on every day of the week, like Conroy's Batman, to pull me completely over. Nicholson isn't even a contender, since to me he was still just doing Jack Nicholson. Ledger is interesting, but he's not going to take over the whole role for me.
Robin? No voice at all. Burt Ward was too ridiculous to stick, as was the Superfriends voice. Certainly NOT Chris O'Donnell, and the TAS voice? Eh. It worked, but doesn't exactly grab you. The Teen Titans voice works okay and stick with me a bit, at least if I'm thinking "younger Robin" though.
Penguin is just a kind of wah wah-ing tone to me which is an amalgym of the actors. After all, DeVito was kind of deliberately aping it, and the TAS voice wasn't much different.
Riddler? Really, again, isn't it more just a guy saying "Riddle Me This?" Does he really have a TONE like Batman himself we have to identify with?
Even Catwoman is kind of a tone. She has to sound sleek and expensive, with that purr in her voice. Not necessarily as over the top as some of the many actresses have done for her, but just kind of rolling and teasing. More specific than that? Not really. Just as Batgirl sort of sounds prim and proper, but I can't be much more specific.

I felt the same way about the Riddler up until the second season of The Batman. Robert Englund just captured the Riddler's voice for me
The same for Catwoman. I believe it was Gina Gershon who did her voice on that show. She was basically just using her own voice, but she sounded so natural in the role.
