Kinda surprised it was only on for 6 seasons. Seemed like it's been on a lot longer than that.

That is a pity, I loved that show. On the other hand, I confess that I sort of forgot about it (perhaps an indicator of why it was cancelled), it seemed to drop off the radar after the feature film. On the upside, I've got some season DVD collections to catch up on!

That sucks, but it did kind of disappear and get put on the back burner. Besides, six years seems like a healthy amount of seasons to go out on. Wonder if they've filmed the last episode yet.

I don't have PayTV, so I didn't see it until it hit local TV in syndication.
I laughed my ass off! Truly inspired. I'm sorry to see it go, but maybe they'll do another film or films!

The series went downhill when Garcia, Clementine, and Kimball were gone halfway through Season 5. They should've stopped it there. But I'll miss the series terribly as it was a great improv show.

Now, if they can only get Viva Variety! on DVD next, I'd be happy

I'd laugh if the entire cast went to a new show and be fire fighters. They could joke that they were all fired from Reno and now work as the towns fire fighters. :tongue:

I only like the first couple of seasons when it was a straight rip-off of Cops and Supertroppers and it was just showing arrests gone wrong and turned into funny situations. When they began with storylines and really focusing on the character i stopped watching.

Too bad, it was a good show while it lasted. I never thought it would last as long as it did. And I'm a bit surprised, b/c it's in syndication, so...

But really, the show, COPS, isn't as relevant as it was in it's 90's heyday, so, I guess this show would only have limited legs on it.

Nah, even more simply, it's a "COPS" spoof.

But just like that show has faded, it seems so has this. I haven't watched a new episode in years. Didn't even know about the cast changes. Despite thinking the show is absolutely hilarious.
