I'm trying to go back and collect some cancelled series. So far I'm into Impulse, Batgirl, and GreenLantern: Mosaic. Any other suggestions? Preferably from 1990 and up.

The latest Blue Beetle with Jaime Reyes. It only ran 36 issues, but it had a lot of heart.

Hawkman

Hawkworld - The entirety of this series is actually pretty good (start with Truman's three-part mini).
Hawkman Vol. 3 - Really more of a name-change to Hawkworld than anything else, as it begins right where the preceding series left off. Not as good as Hawkworld, and it only declines in quality as it progresses, unfortunately. 74 issues altogether between the two series, including annuals, specials, and the original mini.
Hawkman Vol. 4 - More or less completely detached from the previous two series, and can easily be read all on its own. 49 issues in total, 50 if you include the Secret Files & Origins special. Best single Hawkman run from start to finish, period. Don't bother with Hawkgirl, however.
Manhunter - 38 issues in full, though her story still continues in the back-ups of Streets of Gotham.

Took the words right out of my mouth. I loved Hawkworld, too, but it's a bit different and more accessible if you're an avid Hawk-fan.
Also, Peter David's Aquaman from 1994.

And wasn't GL: Mosaic a stoyrline that run through GL?
It did started in green lantern first when the old timer transported random citites to OA but after the end of that story in GL , it continued in GL : Mosaic where John Stewart tried to help those people that had been taken by old timer. It was essentially a john stewart comic.

My contribution to this thread would be
John Ostrander's Spectre
Chase
Eclipso (came off the eclipso annuals crossover , evil is what evil does and eclipso is pretty evil in this series , overtook a small country , slaughtered a lot of people , killed a bunch of B-rated heroes though some of them obviously have came back since)
Justice league europe (at least until the breakdowns crossover , would have mentioned JLI as well but i think that's already being collected ?)
Showcase 94 - all the stories are mostly batman related , some great stories and art.
Showcase 95 - all the stories are mostly superman related
Showcase 96 - spotlight on team-ups

Steel. For some reason it's always overlooked in the character's history, despite introducing Natasha (and the rest of his family that's never been mentioned since).
This. Steel series (at least until he went to Pittsburgh) was awesome. His battles with the gangs, Tar addicts, Armtek, the White Rabbit and Hazard's Black Ops were great moments. For some reason, his family was never mentioned after that one trip to Africa. Poor Steel, he has been neglected. He had his time to shine in 52, but Infinity Inc was pretty weak. I would say whip out a cure for Steel so he can go back to his hi-tech hammer welding ways, then give someone like Johns or Morrison to write his monthly.
At 100 issues you can get a bunch of things like the good Perez/Wolfman Titans, the 80s Legion, Moore/Veitch Swamp Thing, Grell's Green Arrow etc.
The Question- 36 issues, 2 annuals (+ a Green Arrow & Detective Annual crossover)
John Byrne's run w/ the New Gods - 3 issues of New Gods (s3), Kirby's Fourth World (15 issues) -- not perfect, as the Genesis mini series was totally rub, but there is some really good stuff in there especially in the flashback stories.
Walt Simonson's Orion run (25 issues)- This followed up on Byrne's run with New Gods and was really great.
All Star Squadron - Not every issue is great, some of the story lines were a bit off, but this series had a bunch of good artists.
John Ostrander's DC stuff in Suicide Squad, the Spectre, & Wasteland.

As many have already suggested, I say Young Justice. It's just a fun and humorous title. Also, it's nice to see what some of the Teen Titans were like before their lives got consumed by the "angst monster".
I'll also say All-New Atom. Fun, quirky book. More fun under Simone than Remender, but them's the breaks.

Steel was great up until Preist and Cowan killed his book. I miss the old long hammer and the classical look before they went and changed the costume and switched to the short hammer.

The Levitz-era "Legion of Super Heroes" and "The All New Atom," though most of the magic dissapeared on that last one after Gail Simone left four or five issues before the plug was pulled.
Starman (Robinson)
Shade, the Changing Man
Justice league Europe
Arion Lord of Atlantis
Animal Man
Doom Patrol (the Morrison years one)
There are a lot of Vertigo titles that I loved that were ended/canceled long before issue 100 was reached.

A hundred issues isn't really any kind of premature cancellation, especially for single-writer books like "Starman".
Some genuinely cancelled titles I liked would include Blue Beetle and Manhunter (though they are both back as backups), and Shadowpact.

One of my favourites is the 'El Diablo' series that Gerard Jones and the late, lamented Mike Parobeck did from 1989-1991. Basically, the story of a nonpowered masked crimefighter operating out of a fictional town near the border between Texas and Mexico.
It ran for 19 issues and was consistently excellent, dealing with local politics and social issues as well as standard crime-thumping. It had a superb supporting cast and a great sense of verisimilitude. You could really believe in the characters and their town.

When I started the original thread, maybe cancelled was not the term I really meant. But I think people are getting the spirit of it. I meant a series that is no longer on-going, that now has a finite number of issues. I was looking for runs I could buy that were already completed that I could read in one chunk. Hope this clears up any questions.
