This book has gotten very little attention. I checked out the art preview at newsarama and it looks great. I'm a big fan of Kolin's Marvel work. Has this been any good? (I'm tradewaiting, will it get collected?)

I bought the first three issues and dropped it. The art's great for the story that's being told, but as for that story, it just felt too chaotic and directionless to me. People on other boards seem to like it, though; I get the impression that if you enjoy the Hulk, you'd like this, too.

I might check out the last issue to see how it ends up tying in to Blackest Night, but the first three issues did nothing for me. Your mileage may vary.

story is very confusing (not in a good way... and i find grant morrison stories to be pretty simple)
there is no hook at all

the faces of evil issue is alright because geoff johns had his hand in it
but its all downhill from there

I thought the Bizarro issue was hilarious. The series started a little slow, but i love the art and the character, so I gave it some leway(?). It's turned out pretty decent, plus Frankenstein shows up! And a tie in to Blackest Night...

I've been disappointed so far but that might be my fault. Grundy is one of my favorite villains so my expectations were very high. I'm still planning on finishing out the series, hopefully it gets better.

No , Amazo is surfer. There is no valkyrie in the original defenders 4.

I'm a mazzive kollins fan, his work on The Flash was brilliant. But this series has been lacking, it started off very confusing and has kind of gone somewhere...not sure where though? Just finished reading issue 6 and ive got to say that its been my favourite so far. Here's hoping it ends with a bang!
