According to Personamax:
It comes in a Clear plastic wrapper, and a thin peice of cardboard for Support.
The earliest any of my subscriptions have come in have been 3 weeks late.

According to Personamax:

It entirely depends on the Competence of Your local Post office and/or Postmen.

you see, i live in Mississippi, and my local shop shut down forever ago, and i;ve been having to deal with Walden books, and anything is better than that. plus they have no bags and boards.

Well, Personamax says:
It varies, but if it gets crumpled or damaged it's the Postman, or the Post office.
However in StarWarsEd's experience: I had subscriptions to Astonishing, Uncanny, and Legacy. My books were late nine out of ten times. The books were horrible beaten to death before they got to me. I did not renew my subscriptions, the savings were not worth the hassle.
But CaptWolvey really seems to have answered the question most fully:
Its not a bad idea idea if you don't mind getting your books late. I used to get mine on the day of or even before the release date before last March, but have been getting it from 1-3 weeks late since March. No problems with condition, but I think it just depends on your postman. I have gotten used to the lateness since it kind of evens out the time in between comics. You may not get them on the release date, but there will be a month in between issues.

According to Personamax:
are they actually backboards (white) or some brown piece of cardboard?

It's a piece of Cardboard that can be used to order more Subscriptions. It fits in a Standard clear bag so You can use it To board your comic.

Yes, but what color is it? You neglected to mention that in the other thread. Very unhelpful, sir.

It's mostly White. Black used for the wording, and sometimes there is a coloured picture of Spider-man.
