This title has really grown a bit hasn't it? We still get Emp tied up, but we also see a lot of other stuff too. A really dangerous supervillain, a lot of dead capes, a very 'Who can be the most valiant' contest between Emp and MindF---k, some fun ninja stuff and we also get a really good lecture on the powers of duct tape.
What is Sistah Spooky going to do now? I do feel sorry for her, but I'd like her to see how Emp was treated in high school. Gonna miss MindF---k, she wasn't around long but she made an impact. Not gonna miss Major Havok.
